Our Philosophy

We believe your data is your property. Our entire application architecture is designed to minimize the amount of data that ever leaves your computer.

Information We Collect

• Account Information: We store your email address and a cryptographically hashed version of your password.
• Audit Rules: We store the rates, accessorials, and rules you define so you can reuse them.
• Usage Metadata: We may collect anonymized usage statistics to improve the service.
• Consents: We record your consent for third-party processing (e.g., Google Gemini) including timestamp and version.

Information We NEVER Collect

Raw EDI Files: Your raw invoice data stays in your browser's memory. It is never transmitted to our servers. We do not have a copy of your shipments, your customers, or your specific freight movements.

Third-Party Subprocessors

For the AI Upload path, we use Google Gemini API as a subprocessor. Rate sheets are processed via secure API calls. Under our agreement, Google does not use this data to train models and it is deleted at the end of processing.
