By using FreightAudits.ai, you agree to the following terms:

1. Zero-Knowledge Processing

We provide a tool for auditing EDI 210 freight invoices. You understand and agree that raw EDI files are processed entirely within your web browser. FreightAudits.ai does not upload, transmit, or store your raw invoice files on our servers.

2. Data Storage

We store the structured rate sheet data you provide and the resulting de-identified audit exception metadata to provide you with audit history and reporting features.

3. Accuracy

While we use advanced AI (Google Gemini) to assist in parsing rate sheets, you are responsible for reviewing and confirming the accuracy of the parsed data before use in audits.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use this service for any unlawful purposes.
